mtv asia awards 2004 totally rocks!though it includes standing in queue for 2hours and sandwiched in the crowd for the next 3hours.not to mention my view being blocked by this disgustingly blob of flesh which causes exothermic reaction.the decision of hitting it with one of the balloon sticks prolly was a little rash.but then again,it failed 2to shift this piece of jelly.so who cares.the show was absolutely fantastic.emcees vanness wu and michelle branch got everyone in the standing sector on their feet.not excluding that eyesore not too far away from me wobbling away happily.damned.
MAA 04 featured a glittering list of stars including 5566,black eyed peas,blue,gareth gates.,liberty x,simple plan,sugababes,stacie orrico,boa,too phat,tanya chua,stefanie sun,a*mei,machi,tata young,T.A.T.U. and michelle yeoh.not to mention a surprise guests apearance of mariah carey.te show opened with a stunning burlesque dance performance by pussy cat dolls who dazzled with their colorful costumes and antics on stage.korean pop diva boa put together an outstanding performance with her rendition of "rock with you",charging the atmosphere to euphoric heights.simple plan also wowed the audience with their energetic performance of medley "perfect" and "addicted" while sugababes enthralled the crowd with "too lost in you".underscoring the theme of love were special duet performances by several artists including gareth gates and siti nurhaliza crooning to "say it isn't so".the show was brought to an all time high with a finale performance by black eyed peas of "shut up" and "where is the love".showers of confetti and balloons were dropped from the ceiling,sealing the celebratory mood and bringing the successful show to an end.

forgot to mention suzanne walker did a mock pornstar act on the red carpet when she flaunted the lower half of her orbs.daring.but would have been absolutely disgusted if i were there.not as if she has such a great bod.walker wasnt the only one to steal the thunder as both michelle branch and fergie of black eyed peas showed aplenty of skin.was also wondering how gareth gates beat grammy winners to be the favorite male.the sound system was a letdown.there were segments where the mike went mute.like when denise keller and cyrus were on stage.but that doesnt stop maa04 from being a blast.
vday this year wasnt too bad.in fact not bad at all.perhaps one of the happiest vday i've ever had in my 14+ yrs on earth.and i guess it most probably wont happen again.
