what many recruiters in big mncs dont get is that candidates are only as keen on the job as the recruiters themselves are of closing the position.and they should never assume that fresh graduates will snap up any position thrown at them because attraction goes both ways.if the recruiters do not do their job to sell the company,there are always their competitors to go to.besides,its really poor representation on the part of the company.
i think we were a lot happier as kids.i dont know if its bcoz as we get older,more things make us unhappy or that we're just becoming more difficult to please.or maybe its bcoz we start giving undeserving people a stake in our happiness.its hard to tell,really.
